By using kelorapetco.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms, which cover ordering, payment, shipping, returns and how to use the site. Last updated October 16, 2026.

Kelora Pet Co, based in Colorado, USA, runs kelorapetco.com (the "Site"). "We" and "us" mean Kelora Pet Co. "You" means anyone who uses the Site or buys from us. Contact: support@kelorapetco.com.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian.
Products and availability
We try to describe our products accurately, but colors can look different on your screen and sizes can vary slightly. Please check the size guide before you order. Products can sell out, and we may limit quantities or stop selling an item at any time.
Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes, where they apply, and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number. If a price or description is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We may also cancel an order we reasonably believe is fraudulent.
Your order
Placing an order is a request to buy. The confirmation email shows we received it, and we accept your order when we send it to be shipped. We may decline or cancel an order, and if we cancel one you already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms. We ship within the United States only.
Using products safely
Our Legal Notice explains how to use our products safely. You are responsible for supervising your pet and choosing the right size and product for them.
Using the Site
You agree not to:
- Break the law or use the Site for anything unlawful
- Place fake or fraudulent orders, or use a payment method that isn't yours
- Copy, scrape or reuse the Site's content without our written permission
- Try to hack, overload or disrupt the Site
- Post anything abusive, harmful or unlawful
We may refuse service to anyone who breaks these rules.
Reviews and messages you send us
Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. By posting a review or sending us a photo, you let us show it on the Site and in our marketing without payment. You keep ownership of it. We may remove content that breaks these rules, but we don't remove a review just because it is negative.

The text, photos, logo and design on the Site belong to Kelora Pet Co or are used with permission. See our Legal Notice.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.

No guarantees about the Site
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the law.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Kelora Pet Co is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or your rights under our Refund Policy.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable U.S. federal law. Please contact us first, because most problems can be fixed quickly. If we can't resolve it, disputes will be handled in the courts of Colorado, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders you've already placed follow the terms in effect when you ordered. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the new terms.
If part of these terms doesn't apply
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
