How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, then take about 5 to 11 business days to arrive. Plan on roughly 6 to 14 business days in total. Some items ship from U.S. warehouses and may arrive sooner.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.99.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Where do orders ship from?

From partner warehouses in the United States and overseas, depending on the item.

Will I get tracking?

You'll get an email when your order ships, with a tracking number when one is available. If you don't see it, write to support@kelorapetco.com and we'll look into it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't been sent to the warehouse yet, we can change or cancel it. Once it has been sent, we can't.

My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?

If it has been 20 business days since you ordered, email us and we'll reship it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
