Shipping policy
Orders over $50 ship free within the United States, and most orders arrive about 6 to 14 business days after you place them. Last updated October 16, 2026.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping cost
- Orders of $50 or more: free shipping
- Orders under $50: $4.99 flat rate
The total is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
- Processing (we prepare and send your order): 1 to 3 business days
- Delivery after it ships: about 5 to 11 business days
- Total: about 6 to 14 business days
Some items ship from warehouses in the United States and may arrive sooner. Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be longer during busy seasons such as the winter holidays or because of weather and carrier delays.
Where orders ship from
We work with partner warehouses in the United States and overseas. Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Tracking
You'll get an email when your order ships, with a tracking number when one is available. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear after the email arrives.
Address mistakes
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can fix it only if your order hasn't been sent to the warehouse yet. We aren't able to refund or reship orders that were delivered to the address you gave us.
Late, lost or damaged orders
If your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after you placed it, or it arrives damaged or defective, see our Refund Policy.
Customs, duties and taxes
Because we only ship within the United States, you won't pay import duties. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout.
